Who we are

This policy covers semora.lat, the sēmora website. It is operated by semora S.A. de C.V., based in La Libertad, El Salvador. This policy does not cover the products sēmora builds — see Terms of Service for how those are treated separately.

What this website does

This site is primarily informational. It describes sēmora, its products and experiments, and provides a contact form for reaching out to us. It does not require an account, and browsing the site does not require providing any personal information.

Information the contact form collects

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company (optional)
• The message you write

This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and to have the related correspondence that follows from it.

How the information is handled

We don’t sell contact-form information, and we don’t use it for advertising or marketing.

To operate this website and deliver the emails generated by the contact form, your submission passes through a small number of infrastructure and service providers required to run the site:

• Cloudflare hosts and protects this website, and provides Cloudflare Turnstile, which we use to help prevent spam and automated abuse of the contact form. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and connection (such as request signals used to assess whether a visitor is a legitimate browser rather than a bot) in order to make that determination.
• Emailit is the email delivery service we use to send the contents of your message to our inbox.

We retain contact-form submissions only for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle your inquiry and any related correspondence.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare, as our hosting and security provider, necessarily processes standard technical request information (such as IP address) to serve the site and to operate Turnstile, as described above.
